Individualized support for the whole child and the whole family
Walker Developmental Services provides individualized, evidence-based, and neurodiversity-affirming support for children, youth, and families. Services are designed around each individual’s strengths, communication, support needs, relationships, interests, environment, and family priorities. Rather than placing children into preset programs, we begin by understanding what matters most to the individual and the people who support them.
We specialize in working with children and youth with high support needs, complex developmental profiles, significant communication barriers, and behaviours that may affect safety, participation, learning, relationships, or quality of life. Depending on the service, support may be provided in the home, community, virtually, or in another appropriate setting.
